INTRODUCTION: This is an upper division readings seminar. It puts a premium upon reading, research, and discussion. We will be working off-campus quite a bit on an extensive multimedia project requiring a lot of work on the telelphone arranging interviews, conducting interviews on video, transcribing interviews and posting them on the WWW. We will divide up roles so you won't have to do anything you don't know how to do, but if you want to learn new skills, you will have the opportunity.
