Welcome one and all to the world of Japanese Baseball. We have worked long and hard to find information that will expand your knowledge of this exciting game. We have added a variety of books, links, and even a new review for your viewing pleasure.

The centerpiece of this year's page is an interview with current New York Mets Manager Bobby Valentine. Mr. Valentine managed the Chiba Lotte Marines for one year in Japan, and he has some interesting ideas about the future of baseball.

We have also included an interview with Japanese baseball aficianado Jim Allen. Mr. Allen is the author of Jim Allen's 1996 Guide to Japanese Baseball. He shares his opinions about many issues that are facing Japanese baseball.
