Electronic Specifications:
  • Ad materials to be supplied on zip disk, jaz disk, or CD.
  • A color proof must accompany your electronic files,or publisher cannot be held responsible for reproduction quality.
  • All layout must be Macintosh platform, QuarkXPress 4.1 and Adobe PageMaker 6.5 files only; all fonts and art must be included.
  • All graphics must be in Macintosh platform Adobe Photoshop 5.0 or Adobe Illustrator 8.0, Macromedia FreeHand 8.0 saved as eps or tiff files.
  • PDF files are not acceptable.
  • All graphics must be built as CMYK.
  • All fonts should be Adobe Post Script and should include both printer and screen fonts. NO true type fonts will be accepted.
  • All graphics must be 266 dpi or higher.
  • Unacceptable programs include but are not limited to: Corel Draw, Microsoft Publisher, Power Point and Microsoft Word.If you are using these programs, please submit film and a match print. Contact us for film specifications.
  • Please note that any electronic files that we receive that do not follow the requirements outlined above will be subject to roduction handling fees.
  • Deviation from these standard guidelines may require additional time or cost,and/or sacrifice reproduction predictability.
  • All other PC files are subject to a conversion fee of $150.00.
