Encourage Girls Through
Engineering!

At a recent Girl Scout Leader Conference, ASME and ASCE lead workshops for over 60 Girl Scouts leaders to teach them how to help girls believe that they can understand engineering. The best way to help girls do this is through fun, engaging, girl-friendly activities!

During each of the 3 workshops offered the Girls Scout Leaders had fun trying the activities: Flinker, Paper Bridge, Toxic Waste Dump, Catapult, Egg Bungee, and Mystery Mechanisms.
